不同组织瓣移植在口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复中的应用

摘要目的:探究不同组织瓣移植在口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:选自2009年9月--2014年8月期间在我科接受组织瓣移植的72例口腔颌面部软组织缺损患者,依据入院先后顺序将其分为实验组与参照组,各36例。实验组患者采取股前外侧皮瓣予以修复,参照组患者采取胸锁乳突肌或颈阔肌皮瓣、全腭瓣、邻近组织瓣等予以修复,比较两组患者的移植成功率,治愈率、术后并发症以及复发情况。结果:两组患者均移植成功,实验组患者的治愈率高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组,复发率低于参照组,均P<,组间比较差异显著。结论:在口腔颌面部软组织缺损的治疗中,采用股前外侧皮瓣修复治疗效果显著,且安全性高,不易复发,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of different tissue flap transplantation in the repair of soft tissue defects in the oral and maxillofacial : selected in September 2009 --2014 during August in our department to accept transplanted tissue flap 72 cases of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects in patients, according to the order of their admission into the experimental group and the reference group, the 36 cases .
