妊娠合并血小板减少症患者输注血小板的疗效评估

【摘要】目的:评估血小板输注对妊娠合并血小板减少患者的临床疗效。方法:病例为我院78例妊娠合并血小板减少症的住院患者,按照血小板计数分为两组,A组为20×109/L<PLT<50×109/L,B组为PLT<20×109/L。两组患者均进行了血小板输注治疗。在输注前及输注后24小时检测患者血小板计数,计算血小板计数增加校正值和血小板回收率,评估两组患者血小板输注疗效。结果:与A组比较,I和PPR明显增高(P<)。结论:妊娠合并血小板减少患者输注血小板时应结合病情和血小板计数做出正确决定。
