奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶用于脑血栓治疗的临床观察

【摘要】目的:探讨奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶用于脑血栓治疗的疗效。方法:随机选取2012年1月至2013年12月间到我院接受奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶治疗脑血栓的96例病人,分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组的56例病人接受奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶的治疗,对照组的40例病人单纯采取奥扎格雷钠的治疗,对两组病人的治疗结果进行比较分析。结果:痊愈率达到60%,有效率达到80%,且P<,差异具有统计学意义。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合降栓酶用于治疗脑血栓,可以事半功倍,安全可靠,值得今后在临床上进行推广。
