【摘要】目的:探讨超声检查在临床急诊患者中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析414例急诊患者的超声表现并与手术病理、随访结果进行对照。结果:414例急诊患者中,%,、%,%,%,%,%。%,%,%。结论:超声检查在临床急诊患者诊断中具有较高的准确率,在腹部外伤或急腹症救治体系中非常重要,对促进医疗急救提速有着重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective: Discuss the value of ultrasonography in the clinical emergency. Method: Retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonography performance of 414 cases of emergency patients pared with surgical pathology and follow-up results. Results: In 414 cases of emergency patients, biliary system diseases accounted for %, urinary system diseases accounted for %, emergency obstetric accounted for %, mesenteric lymphadenitis in children accounted for %,visceral injury accounted for %, other %.Ultrasound diagnosis rate was % ,misdiagnosis rate was about %, leakage rate was %. Conclusion: Ultrasonography has higher accuracy in the clinical diagnosis of emergency patients. It is very important in abdominal trauma or acute abdomen treatment system and it has important application value in the promotion of medical emergency speed.
