[摘要] 目的探讨Hunt综合征的早期诊断及预后情况。方法回顾性分析39例Hunt综合征患者的临床表现、辅助检查资料及治疗效果。结果治疗后随访1年,治愈23例,好转15例,无效1例。结论 Hunt综合征的典型表现是耳痛、耳部疱疹及周围性面瘫。但临床医生应加强对不典型Hunt综合征的认识,给予早期诊断和治疗,提高疗效。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical feature of Hunt syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 39 patients with Hunt syndrome was After treatment, the patients were followed up for one were cured. 15 cases showed improvement of the symptoms. Conclusion These typical symptoms of Hunt syndrome are Ear pain, herpes emerging,facial paralysis. Clinical doctors should strengthen the understanding of these non-typical symptoms, note the differential diagnosis, achieves the early diagnosis and treatment, enhance the curative effect.

Hunt综合征又称耳带状疱疹,是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒(Varicella-Zoster virus,VZV)感染引起的、以耳部簇集性疱疹、耳痛及周围性面瘫为主要特点的疾病[1]。近年来,其发病率有增高的趋势。如果患者具有典型的临床表现,则诊断不难。少数患者表现不典型,如疱疹延迟出现或不出现,则易致临床漏诊、误
诊,给早期合理治疗及预后带来很大的影响。现结合我科近年来收治Hunt综合征39例患者的临床资料,对该病作简要分析,以期提高对该病的认识。
