围手术期护理干预应用于阑尾炎手术患者的效果

【摘要】目的:分析围手术期护理干预对阑尾炎手术患者的临床效果。方法:采集我院2012年10月~2013年11月进行阑尾炎手术的患者90例,并随机将其分为对照组和观察组,针对对照组实施阑尾炎手术常规护理,针对观察组实施阑尾炎手术常规护理外加围手术期护理干预。然后对比两组患者在手术治疗后并发症的发生率及患者对护理的满意程度。结果:对照组患者在手术治疗后有5例患者出现切口感染,4例患者盲肠壁脓肿,6例患者腹腔脓肿,%,满意程度为78%;观察组患者在手术治疗后2例患者出现切口感染,1例患者出现盲肠壁脓肿,%,满意程度为96%。两组结果差异显著,P<,差异具有统计学意义。结论:针对阑尾炎手术患者,在治疗过程中采取围手术期护理干预既可降低术后并发症的发生率,亦可提升患者对护理的满意程度,值得临床上推广使用。
