摘要:在经济全球化的背景下,我国制造业企业面临着来自全球范围的竞争。中国企业走向国际化战略是一种
必然趋势,是企业发展到一定阶段的必然选择。我们根据跨国公司相关理论,回顾了美、日、韩三国企业国际化
模式的经验,并对我国企业几种典型的国际化模式进行了探讨。

An Analysis of the Choice of Internationalization Strategy Model
by Chinese Manufacturing Enterprises

Abstract :Under the circumstances of economic globalization , Chinese manufacturing enterprises are confronted with a
petition. It is an inevitable trend for them to carry out internationalization strategy and it is also an in
evitable choice when they develop to certain phases. According to multinational theories , we review the experiences of
enterprises’internationalization model in America , Japan and Korea , which may be useful for Chinese enterprises.
Based on the retrospection , we sum up and analyze some classic internationalization models of Chinese enterprises.
There may be a long groping process before essfully bringing the internationalization strategy to effect.
