唐氏筛查在高龄孕妇中应用价值的探讨

【摘要】目的探讨高龄孕妇(≥35岁)进行唐氏筛查的价值及在产前诊断中的作用。方法对7854例15-20周的孕妇进行唐氏血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)和游离雌三醇(uE3)游离人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)三联法检测,并随访所有唐氏筛查孕妇的妊娠结局。结果唐氏筛查孕妇7854例,检出高风险孕妇474例,%;其中高龄孕妇有520例,高风险高龄孕妇 163例,%,高龄孕妇筛查阳性率明显高于适龄孕妇(P<)。随访妊娠结局:诊断唐氏儿8例,其中高龄孕妇5例,(唐氏筛查均为高风险)。结论高龄孕期行唐氏筛查,据筛查结果行产前诊断,可提高人口素质,减少出生缺陷儿发生率。
