一、词汇上的特点
1、专业技术词汇
特点:严谨、规范、词义单一、使用范围狭窄,大多是国际上通用的。

特点:词义比较单一,使用范围比专业技术词汇广。

三、句法上的特点
1、广泛使用被动结构
专业英语在句法上最突出的特点是被动语态数量可以占全部谓语动词的1/3到一半以上。
