摘要
从研究结晶器四连杆振动台装置工作原理着手,通过借鉴资料以及校核计算,完成了对半板簧结晶器振动器的设计,达到了实际生产要求。
全面阐述了半板簧结晶器四连杆振动装置的设计特点,论述了与其他振动装置相比,本振动装置的优点,并对其的工作原理特性进行了深入的分析。详细介绍了半板簧四连杆振动装置的各关键部件的设计和计算。本设计的题目是半板簧结晶器四连杆振动装置。
该振动装置优点是:结构简单,能准确实现结晶器的近似弧线运动,提高铸坯质量,减少铸坯在结晶器中裂缝的形成。

Abstract
Set about from the vibration device operation of the crystallization studying device , has used the advanced experience of various fields for reference, is it to design, vibration of device, make it reach and produce and require actually to finish.
Have explain the design characteristic of the vibration device of the crystallization device in an all-round way, has expounded the fact pares with other equipment ,town this move advantage of device , and operation principle characteristic, vibration of device carry on deep analysis to crystallization device , having introduced the design and calculation of every part of the vibration device in detail , the design buffering the device among them is an important part originally designed. It was four and partial rounds of vibration device that was originally designed.
Crystallization device vibration fits the running part as a Model YP 250M-6 motor ; moderating machine , tw
