心电图ST-T改变对冠心病的诊断价值探讨徐冰洁

【摘要】目的:探讨心电图ST-T改变对冠心病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析79例冠心病患者的临床资料,所有患者均采取心电图检查,根据心电图ST-T是否改变分为ST-T非动态改变组与ST-T动态改变组,对比两组患者的冠状动脉造影和心电图活动平板运动试验结果。结果:经&chi;2检验,ST-T动态改变组患者冠状动脉造影阳性率、心电图活动平板运动试验阳性率均大于ST-T非动态改变组,差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:心电图ST-T非动态改变不可作为诊断冠心病的特异性指标,而心电图ST-T动态改变对于诊断冠心病具有积极作用。

【 abstract 】 objective:to study the electrocardiogram ST -t change the value to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods:retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 79 patients with coronary heart disease,all patients taking ecg examination,according to whether electrocardiogram ST -t change into ST - T the dynamic change and ST -t dynamic change pared two groups of patients with coronary arteriography and electrocardiogram(ecg)exercise treadmill test results. Results:by chi-square test,ST -t dynamic change group of coronary angiography in patients with positive rate,ecg exercise test positive rate were greater than ST - T the dynamic change groups,statistically significant difference(P &lt; ). Conclusion:ecg ST -t to dynamic change as indicators of the specificity of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD),and electrocardiogram ST - T dynamic change plays a positive role for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).
