锁定钢板内固定治疗(有限切开)胫骨Pilon骨折疗效分析

摘要:目的:分析锁定钢板内固定治疗(有限切开)胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效。方法:采用随机方法将2014年1月到2015年1月我院收治的73例胫骨Pilon骨折患者进行分组,观察组接受有限切***定钢板内固定手术,对照组常规行切开内固定治疗,对比2组疗效。结果:%(36/37),%(1/37),%(27/36)、%(8/36),差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:对于胫骨Pilon骨折患者进行有限切开的锁定钢板内固定治疗是一种兼备良好的安全性和有效性的疗法。

Abstract:objective:To analysis the curative effect of locking plate internal fixation treatment(limited incision)of tibial Pilon fractures. Methods:Choose 73 patients with fracture of tibial Pilon,the observation group received limited open locking plate internal fixation operation,the control group conventional line incision fixation pared two groups curative effect. Results:the observation group total effective rate was %,the incidence of adverse reactions was %,the control group were %,%,the difference is statistically significant(P &lt; ).Conclusion:locking plate internal fixation treatment of limited incision is a kind of with good safety and effectiveness of therapy.

胫骨Pilon骨折(天花板骨折)是指胫骨远端关节面的“捣碎骨折”[1]。导致骨伤的原因多为高能量损伤,因此这部分患者常合并出现术后高感染、严重软组织肿胀等不良反应,导致治疗难度较大。研究以我院收治的73例胫骨Pilon骨折患者为研究对象,分析锁定钢板内固定治疗(有限切开)胫骨Pilon骨折的疗效,现报道如下。
