[摘要] 目的探�复方石淋通辅助钬激光治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月期间在我院确诊并择期行钬激光治疗的输尿管结石患者200例,随机分为两组,复方石淋通胶囊辅助钬激光治疗为观察组,单纯钬激光治疗为对照组,其中5例手术过程中改为开放式手术,为脱落病例。观察比较两组结石排净率、住院时间、术后感染、肾绞痛和不良反应发生率,并检测患者术前、术后第7天血肌酐和尿素氮水平。结果观察组术后3 %、%,%、%,两个时段两组结石排净率差异均具有统计学意义(P<);观察组术后平均住院时间为(±)d,显著低于对照组的(±)d,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<)。术后第7天观察组患者SCr、BUN平均水平显著优于对照组和手术前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<);观察组出现术后感染、%、%,%、%,差异具有统计学意义(P<),且两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论复方石淋通胶囊辅助钬激光治疗输尿管结石患者能加速结石排出,减少术后感染和肾绞痛,帮助肾功能恢复,临床应用安全有效。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect pound Shi-Lin-bined with holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 200 patients with ureteral calculi who were diagnosed and treated with elective holmium laser in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups: the observation group with the treatment pound Shi-Lin-bined with holmium laser and the control group given holmium laser, of which 5 cases changed to open surgery as special cases.
