Do you see which is made by the blue lines?
Though there are only some parts of the lines are colored, it seems that you can see some colorful circles.
The theory of it is same as the Neon Diffusion .You can see a bar of orange rather than a line.
The illusion of wave line
Are there two kinds of red?
In fact, there is only one kind of red. The reason why can we see two is that one of the lines is blue and another is yellow. It is just the visual illusion.
