摘要:分析可监测性设计在工程应用中的意义,明确可监测性设计过程中各个部门之间的信息流
程,提出可监测性设计应用实施的系统框架。以内燃机试验机为对象,将可监测性设计的思想进行工程
化应用试验。实践证明,可监测性设计在机械产品中的应用效果良好。研究工作为可监测性设计理论
的推广和实际工程化应用开展了良好的尝试。

Abstract:The advantages of implementation of monitorability-based design were analyzed,
implementation information flows of monitorability-based design were pointed out among different
departments and the overall implementation framework of monitorability-based design was given
during life cycle of mechanical case of monitorability-based design was carried out
during design,manufacturing by using simulation tester of bustion excellent
feasibility of example application has demonstrated that it provides a good attempt for application and
extension of monitorability-based design on engineering.
