Over the past couple of years, several cases of the food scandal have been disclosed on various media. The problem of food security has e a hot button across society. The prevalence of food insecurity has greatly impacted public health, which the government could not afford to ignore, according to the online edition of the People Daily.

(瘦肉精)
On the March 15th, 2011  International Consumer Rights Day Shuang Hui  clenbuterol  (俗名“瘦肉精”) scandal  was exposed TV.
Eating meat which contains clenbuterol may lead to health problems , such as headache, hasia (医恶心), emesia(医呕吐).
2. Waste oil(地沟油)
Waste oil are various types of low-grade oil , such as edible oil, the repeated use of frying oil. The greatest source of the waste oil is large hotel sewer oil separation tank of city.
Long-term consumption may cause cancer, great harm on the human body.
