摘    要:
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司***治疗异位妊娠的临床效果及安全性。方法将我院收治的72例异位妊娠患者根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组, 各36例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗, 观察组在对照组的基础上联合米非司***治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、后血清β-HC***平、包块直径和不良反应发生情况。%, % (P<) ;治疗后, 两组血清β-HC***平、包块直径明显优于治疗前, 且观察组明显优于对照组(P<) 。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司***治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效显著, 且不良反应少, 是一种安全有效的治疗方式, 具有较高应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of bined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
