摘要
铁北101—X1井地面集输工程是将分散在气田各处的气井产物加以收集后,通过采气管线输送到站场,通过加热、节流降压、分离计量后外输到铁山北1井。×104m3/d。
本设计结合所收集到的气井和线路终点坐标、位置、气质参数、设计气量、井口压力、站场操作压力、进出口压力、地温、产水量、自然条件等资料,参照目前国际国内主要的地面集输工艺模式,采用井口注醇高压集输工艺模式进行设计。
经过计算,集气管线采用L245NCS无缝钢管。铁北101—X1井集气站包括八大系统,主要设备有水套加热炉、分离器、孔板计量装置、污水罐、发球筒等。在设计中,结合行业标准主要进行了线路工艺计算、主要设备选型、管材选用、壁厚计算选择、强度校核、抗震校核。设计内容主要包括:集气管线、集输工艺并绘制站场工艺流程图、线路截断阀室工艺图、铁山北1井扩建工艺图。

ABSTRACT
Tie Bei 101----X1 well surface gathering project that collects the gas well products which scattered everywhere in the gas field, then transports them to the station by flow line, and then offloads to Tie Shan Bei well after heating, throttling, depressurizing and separating measurement. The design scale is ×10^4m^3/d.
The present bines with the collected gas well and the information of the line end coordinates, location, temperament parameters, design gas, wellhead pressure, station operating pressure, pressure of import and export, earth temperature, water production rate, natural conditions and so on, refers to the primary surface gathering technological model at home and abroad at present, adopts wellhead alcohol injection hi-pressure gathering technological model to design.
After calculating, as for the gas gathering line, we use L245NCS seamless steel tube. Tie Bei 101----X1 well gas collection station including eight systems, the major equipment including water jacket heater, separator, meter run, sewage can, serve-ball can and so on.
