摘要:随着几千年的建筑文化历史发展,如今的建筑已经不再仅仅满足于成为一个供人类栖息居住的房子,更多的要提供一个舒适,安全,享受的环境。要倡导绿色循环能源,既要满足基本使用,又要注重一定的美学,考虑能源消耗问题。使一栋构筑物成为集功能使用、绿色环保、信息智能化、艺术为一体的建筑物。综合大楼,要体现本各企业的精神面貌和品味,更加注重的是气势和精神形态,给企业客户传达一种本公司卓越技术和优质服务的感觉。为体现出公司对客户细心温馨的服务,综合大楼的设计应该着力于人性化,科技化,完美化的建设。另外,为了给人提供一个更具优势的办公环境,也需要设置好相应的配套设施,使得员工们在舒适的环境下愉快办公,做出更好的成绩。介于高层建筑对抗风压,抗地震力有一定的要求,本办公楼选用框架结构,办公大楼严格按照现代建筑设计规范进行,各项指标要符合国家制定出台的相应规定,既是确保建筑物安全,也是对促进行业标准化的支持。

Abstract: along with the thousands of years of architectural culture history development, building today is no longer merely content to be a human habitat for living house, more to provide fortable, safe, enjoy the environment. To advocate green cycle energy, should not only meet the basic use, and to pay attention to certain aesthetic, consider energy consumption problems.
