摘要
汽车万向传动装置是汽车底盘传动系的主要总成之一,在工作中承受着巨大的转矩和动负荷。经长期使用后,技术状况会发生变化,从而将直接影响发动机动力的传递,降低传动效率,加剧燃料消耗,加速轮胎磨损,同时还会影响变速器和驱动桥的正常工作。GB7258-2002《机动车运行安全技术条件》对其提出了如下要求:传动轴在运转时不发生振抖和异响,中间轴承、万向节不得有裂纹和松旷现象。如果操纵机件失灵,万向传动装置出现故障,可能造成行车事故。万向传动装置结构虽然比较简单,但是发生故障的现象及原因却是复杂多变的,为了能够快捷准确地排除故障,因此,在行车中应注意检查,及时诊断、及时排除。

Abstract
Auto transmission is a universal chassis assembly of one of the main transmission system, at work under tremendous torque and dynamic loads. The long-term use, the technology will change the situation, which will directly affect the transmission of engine power, reduce the transmission efficiency, exacerbating the fuel consumption, speed up tire wear, but will also affect the transmission and drive axle to work properly. GB7258-2002 "Safety requirements for operation of motor vehicles," its made the following request: shaft vibration does not occur when running shake and abnormal sound, intermediate bearings, universal joints shall not have cracks and Songkuang phenomenon. If the manipulation of mechanical failure, universal gear failure, may cause traffic accidents. Universal transmission structure is a relatively simple, but the phenomenon and the reasons for failure plex, in order to be able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, therefore, should be careful to check in the road, timely diagnosis and excluded.
