摘要:本文解读了精细化管理理念,描述了图书馆图书采购质量管理的特点,通过分析招标制度、
采购计划、采购人员和供应商选择 4 个影响图书馆图书采购质量的因素,提出了图书馆图书采购质量管
理的优化路径。

Study on the Optimized Path of Library Book Purchasing Quality Management under the Concept of
Fine Management

Abstract: This article explained the concept of fine management, described the characteristics of library
book purchasing quality management, and put forward the optimized path of library book purchasing quality
