两岸服贸协议的现状分析和前景展望

摘要《海峡两岸服务贸易协议》无论对大陆和台湾而言都是一个非常重要的协议,它的达成对于两岸经济的发展有着深远的影响。协议规定了两岸服务贸易的基本原则、双方的权利义务,未来合作发展方向及相关工作机制等内容。本论文首先对两岸服贸协议的基本内容和两岸开放特点进行了说明,并在此基础上分析了当前两岸的服贸协议签订后受到阻碍的现状;然后阐述了影响我国服贸协议发展的政治、经济和社会因素;最后根据近来两岸关系的发展和政策的变化,陈述了两岸当局和产业界人员对服贸通过的态度和决心。服贸协议本应该是一个经济议题,却因为台湾政党的内部争议转化成了政治矛盾。经济问题的政治化导致服贸协议迟迟不能实施,两岸都错失了经济合作发展先机。但我们发现了服贸协议今后有望在人才领域得到突破和发展。因此,正确处理好政治和、经济和社会的因素能促进服贸协议加速推进,并推动两岸发展。10601

Abstract
"Cross-Strait Agreement on Trade in Services," in terms of both
the mainland and Taiwan is a very important agreement for both sides to reach its economic development has far-reaching impact. Agreement sets out the basic principles of cross-strait trade in services, the content of the rights and obligations of both parties, the future direction of development cooperation and related work mechanism.
