摘    要:
我国经济高速发展, 商品贸易活动频繁, 现金的交易量日益增长。发行钞和流通钞的处理量日益增大, 传统的手工分钞远不能满足发展的需求。在收取大量面额不等现金的场所, 高效便捷地整理钱币的要求也渐渐提高。随着我国推进一元人民币硬币化, 硬币清分机会逐步进入市场, 其实用性尤为重要。基于TRIZ理论的物-场分析方法、发明创造原理、事件树方法和实验法, 从体积小、操作方便和清分准确等观点出发, 综合产品的性价比、创新性和实用性等多方面考虑, 提出竖式硬币清分机的构想, 为硬币的分拣提供了简易的机构, 也为解决钱币清分提供了理论基础。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the volume of cash is growing while merchandise trade activity is very handwork to separate cash has not satisfied developmental need under the circumstance of rising the handing capacity of current and issued a result, the requirement of handing cash efficiently and conveniently is rising in the place that gets a mass of different and gold-silver institution of central bank claimed it would change paper money into coin of 1 yuan for promoting coin process of 1 RMB in some places of some provinces according to the of coin will appear in the market so its practicability is paper is based on the material-field and invention principles of TRIZ, event tree and experiment from the view of small area, operating conveniently, separate accurately and maintaining , the paper is aimed at simplify the structural design from the point of technological process, cost performance, innovation and practicability under the condition of getting the idea of erect sorter of es here for the simple design of separating coins in the the same time, it provides certain theoretical basis for the separation of
money.
