随着抗震设防要求的提高, 既有建筑抗震鉴定的需求日益增大, , 从现场检查、实体检测、抗震构造措施核查、承载力验算等方面, 详细阐述了既有教学楼抗震鉴定的各个环节, 可为教学楼的加固设计提供依据, 并为类似工程鉴定项目提供参考.

Due to the improvement of seismic fortification intensity, the requirements of the seismic appraisal for existing buildings are growing quickly, especially for densely populated buildings, such as the school this paper, a masonry-co
ncrete school building in Suzhou is taken as an example to introduce all the aspects of the seismic appraisal for existing school necessary parts, for instance, the field investigation, structural testing, structural measures determining and bearing capacity calculating, are all included in this results have certain reference value to the similar engineering projects.
