摘要
随着常规能源的日趋枯竭和人们的对环保和节能的日渐重视,柴油机开始朝着低污染、低油耗和高比功率的方向发展;共轨系统是人们研究的成果之一,使柴油机具有良好的动力性、经济性和排放性。本文主要介绍了柴油机的高压共轨技术。分别从共轨系统的结构原理及检测维修方面进行了较为深入的研究。首先向大家介绍了共轨技术的概念、发展和特点,并对其相对传统柴油发动机的优越性进行了阐述,然后向大家具体讲述了柴油共轨发动机的基本结构组成和原理;最后以***高压共轨系统为例阐述了共轨系统的故障自诊断系统和它的日常操作与维护。

Abstract
With conventional energy sources are depleting and the people are thinking much of the importance of environmental protection and energy saving, the diesel engines begin to develop to the direction of low pollution, low fuel consumption and high specific power; common rail system is one of the results of people’s research, the engine has good of power, economy and emissions. This paper mainly describes the high-mon rail diesel engine technology. Separately from mon rail system configurations and test maintenance for a more in-depth study. Firstly, it introduces the concept mon rail technology, development and characteristic, and describes its pared with traditional diesel engines, and then expounds the basic structure of mon rail position and principle; Finally, *** high mon rail system as an example mon rail system described fault diagnosis system and its daily operations and maintenance
