【摘要】餐饮业是指在一定场所,对食物进行现场烹饪、调制,并出售给顾客主要供现场消费的服务活动。本文主要从餐厅创办的成功因素入手,对开办餐厅所在地的市场进行预测、了解政府的相关扶持政策,论证了餐厅选址的可行性,从而形成了本餐厅的餐饮理念及产品方案。同时说明了餐厅具体创办的流程,给出了餐厅的效益分析,完成了餐厅开办的可行研究,凸显了餐厅准确的定位、正确的选址、高明营销、周到服务等餐饮创业要点。

Abstract:The catering industry is in a certain place, on-site cooking of food, modulation, and sold to customers primarily for consumption on-site service activities. This article from the restaurant's ess was founded to start, run restaurants on the location of the market to predict, understand the relevant government support policies, demonstrate the feasibility of the restaurant site, thus forming a concept of the restaurant's food and product solutions. Indication of the restaurant founded by the specific process, given the restaurant's benefit analysis, completed the feasibility study run restaurant, the restaurant highlights the accurate positioning, the correct site, clever marketing, attentive service catering business points.
