[Abstract]The 21st century manufacturing faces customers demand-driven and the petition which is unpredictable and rapid changeable, and petition is growing more and more. Changing market demand manufacturing systems to rapidly changing product processing products to meet market needs. Jig occupy an important position in the manufacture of machinery. Dedicated jig is developed on the basis of Jig parts’ highly standardized, mass production, using dedicated jig could save jig design manufacturing hours and materials、short production cycle ready、ensure product quality petitiveness. This article introduces the methods and steps for designing stainless steel tanks welding jig according a known technical requirement.
