疏勒河流域水资源开发利用现状及其对生态环境的影响
摘要:干旱内陆河流域生态很脆弱,生态系统与水资源的开发利用状况有着密切的关系。疏勒河流域降水稀少,蒸发强烈,气候异常干燥,生态环境十分脆弱,难以适应较大幅度条件的变化。随着流域水资源的开发利用和农业生产的不断发展,其生态环境发生了很大变化。本文在广泛收集有关水文、水利现状资料和实际调查数据的基础上,计算和评价了疏勒河流域的降水资源、冰川资源、地表水资源、地下水资源以及水资源总量,评价和分析了水资源开发利用现状及存在的问题,并提出了合理开发利用水资源的建议。

Development and Utilization of Water Resources and Its Impacts on Eco-environment of the Shule River Basin
Abstract The arid inland river basin ecology is very frail. The development and utilization of water resources and ecological system have a close relationship. In Shule river basin, the rainfall is scarce and the evaporation is strong, so the climate is abnormally dry .Ecological environment is very fragile, and it is difficult to adapt to the changes of the dramatic conditions .With the development and utilization of water resources and the continuous development of agricultural production in river basins, the development of ecological environment has also changed a lot. All kinds of water resources in the river basin were calculated and as precipitation,glacier,surface water,ground water resources and total water resources,based on collecting a lot of data about hydrology,hydrogeology,water conservancy projects and so , the mendations of rational development and utilization of water resources have been put forward。
