摘要
制水厂建设自控系统的目的是保障安全生产、提高出水水质、降低生产消耗。
本课题针对北河口水厂的工艺特点设计并实现了水厂的控制系统。主要的工作包
括:
(1)通过对国内外水厂自动化现状和发展趋势的分析研究,结合水厂的特
点和需求,完成北河口水厂自控系统主要设备的选型和系统结构的设计
(2)对泵房手动控制流程进行优化,设计了泵房远程一步化控制流程;
(3)对水厂控制的难点问题:自动加矾、加***控制,提出了控制方案,为
有效地克服了大扰动、大时延对系统的影响,保障了控制品质,方案中体现了专
家控制、串级控制的思想;
(4)设计V型滤池的恒水位过滤和自动反冲洗控制方案,着重解决了水量
变化对滤池运行的冲击。
(5)完成整个水厂控制系统的界面设计。

ABSTRACT
The automation system of water treatment plant is very can protect
munity、improve the water quality、to reduce the paper studied the
technological skill characteristic,designed the control system plan of the water plant.
吐le main contributions and research works are as follow:
(1)Studied and analysised the situation and development trend of automation system on
intemational water treatment,Choosed the model of main equipments and designed
the system framework.
f2)Optimizated the mamual control flow,designed the automatic control flow of
intake pump station.
(3)Designed plex control plan of the chlorine-feeding and dosing。feeding
disinfection scheme embodied the ideas of cascade control and expert
contr01 in order to restrain the impact caused by the large time-delay and the large
disturbance of ,ensured the control quality efficiently.
(4)Designed the filtering control flow,It layed heavy stress on fixed level control and
automation washing.
(5)Designed and implemented the monitor layer and management layer of the
automation system.
