摘要
本设计任务是采用SBR法处理城市污水工艺设计。进水水质指标为:BOD5=190mg/L;CODcr =380mg/L;SS=220mg/L;TN=40mg/L;NH3-N=25mg/L;TP≤8mg/L;pH=~;重金属及有毒物质:微量,对生化处理无不良影响;冬季污水平均温度为14℃,夏季污水平均温度为22℃。出水水质要求达到:BOD5≤30mg/L;CODcr≤100mg/L; SS≤30mg/L。该工艺污水处理流程为:进水→粗格栅→提升泵房→细格栅→沉砂池→SBR池→接触消毒池→巴氏计量槽→出水排放。污泥处理流程为:污泥→污泥浓缩池→污泥提升泵房→污泥消化池→污泥脱水间→泥饼外运。通过此工艺的处理,出水水质将达到设计要求。
本设计要求对主要处理构筑物进行选型和设计计算,绘制出污水处理厂平面布置图和高程图。

Abstract
The design task is using SBR process design of city sewage. The water quality index: BOD5=190mg/L; CODcr =380mg/L; SS=220mg/L; TN=40mg/L; NH3-N=25mg/L; TP = 8mg/L; pH= ~ ; heavy metals and toxic substances: trace, no adverse effects on the biochemical treatment of sewage; winter average temperature is 14 ℃, the summer average temperature is 22 ℃ sewage. The effluent quality meets the requirement of: BOD5 =30mg/L; CODcr = 100mg/L; SS = 30mg/L. The technology of wastewater treatment process for: water, coarse grid, pumping station, fine grid, sand pool, SBR pool, disinfecting tank, PAP metering tank, the effluent discharge. The sludge treatment process for: sludge, sludge, sludge thickening tank pumping station, sludge digestion tank, sludge dewatering room, sludge cake sinotrans. Through this process, the effluent quality can meet the design requirements.
The design requirements of the main structure selection and design calculation, draw the sewage treatment plant layout and elevation map.
