摘要
在改革开放三十多年以来,中国对外贸易得到了长足进步,同时加工贸易也得到飞速的发展,一方面促进了中国经济的发展,另外一方面也促进了中国产业结构的优化。沿海一直都是我国的加工贸易的重点地区,但由于近几年沿海城市人力成本逐渐上升等原因,加工贸易逐渐内迁。作为中部省份的湖南,抓住这一发展机遇十分重要。本文分析了湖南省加工贸易的发展现状,指出湖南省加工贸易存在发展水平低、地理位置不够优越、企业竞争力不强,体制不够完善等问题。进而对促进湖南加工贸易的发展提出了对策。

ABSTRACT
China's foreign trade has got great strides and processing trade has also been rapid development in more than 30 years of reform and opening up. On the one hand, promoted the development of China's economy, on the other hand also promoted the Chinese the optimization of the industrial structure. This article through to the processing trade development of Hunan province, analyzing Hunan province the existing problems in the development of the processing trade and its features, and discusses the advantages and disadvantages, and put forward the corresponding proposal. So this article is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, leads the processing trade of Hunan province; the second part is the analysis of the present situation of Hunan province processing trade; The third part of Hunan province on processing trade, makes a deep analysis of the existing problems;
