以壬基酚、壬基酚醛树脂、壬基酚胺树脂为起始剂合成破乳剂.doc

摘要
论文分别以壬基酚、壬基酚醛树脂、壬基酚***树脂为起始剂合成了一系列起始剂头-EO两嵌段及起始剂头-EO-PO三嵌段聚醚类破乳剂产品,通过破乳性能测试得到合适的合成配比。实验结果表明,以壬基酚为起始剂的破乳剂合适的合成条件为:起始剂头中壬基酚:PO=1:59,起始剂头: EO=3:2,起始剂头:尾PO=2:3;以壬基酚醛树脂为起始剂的破乳剂合适的合成条件为:起始剂头中壬基酚醛树脂:PO=1:159,起始剂头:EO=2:1,起始剂头:尾PO=1:1;以壬基酚***树脂为起始剂的破乳剂合适的合成条件为:起始剂头中壬基酚***树脂:PO=1:59,起始剂头:EO=3:2,起始剂头:尾PO=2:1。三嵌段破乳剂的脱水率优于两嵌段,以壬基酚***树脂为起始剂的破乳剂产品的脱水率优于以壬基酚醛树脂为起始剂的产品,而以壬基酚醛树脂为起始剂产品的脱水率又优于以壬基酚为起始剂的产品。
通过瓶试法筛选出性能较好的六个产品,选用永一油、坨二油,分别考察了破乳温度、破乳剂加量、破乳时间对破乳效果的影响,结果表明:永一油和坨二油的合适的破乳温度分别为55 oC、65 oC;合适的投加量都为125 mg/L;合适的破乳时间分别为120 min、240 min。
采用红外光谱法对性能较好的破乳剂进行表征,并测定了产品的浊点。研究了浊点与起始剂头、EO含量的关系,结果表明,浊点随着起始剂头中PO增加而降低,随着EO含量增加而增大。

Abstract
The crude oil demulsifiers of this paper are synthesized with different initiators. The initiators are Nonylphenol、Nonylphenolic resin、Nonylphenol-amine resin. The optimum conditions of preparation for Nonylphenol demulsifier are found that Nonylphenol:PO=1:59, initiator head:EO=3:2, initiator head:end PO=2:3; the optimum conditions of preparation for Nonylphenolic resin demulsifier are found that Nonylphenol:PO=1:159, initiator head:EO=2:1, initiator head:end PO=1:1; the optimum conditions of preparation for Nonylphenol-amine resin demulsifier are found that Nonylphenol:PO=1:59, initiator head:EO=3:2, initiator head:end PO=2:1. The dehydration rate of triblocks demulsifiers is superior to which of the di-block demulsifiers. Generally, the dehydration rate of Nonylphenol-amine resin demulsifiers is superior to Nonylphenolic resin demulsifiers, the dehydration rate of which is superior to Nonylphenol demulsifiers.
We select six preferable demulsifiers by the bottle testing method with the oil of YongYi and TuoEr. The effects of demulsification temperature, demulsifier dosage, demulsification time on the demulsification performance are studied. A 120 min better dehydration rate of the oil of YongYi is observed at 55 oC and dosage 1 mg/L; A 240 min better dehydration rate of the oil of TuoEr is observed at 65 oC and dosage 125 mg/L.
