企业知识型员工激励机制探究
摘要
知识经济时代的来临,使知识成为重要的生产力,这就使企业需要能利用知识优势的个人和组织帮助企业在市场竞争中获得竞争优势,成为知识经济时代中的赢家。同时,企业的竞争,知识的创造和利用与增值,以及资源的有效配置,最终都需要以知识为手段的以及具有知识的员工来实现。作为知识载体的知识型员工将在企业中的作用越来越大,成为企业价值创造最重要的和就基本的驱动力量。如何针对知识型员工进行激励,最大程度的激发出知识型员工的生产力和创新能力,为企业创造更大的价值成为当今企业必须思考和探索的重要课题,对知识型员工的有效激励也就成为企业的相对重要的核心问题。
本文首先阐述了知识型员工的含义、特征,提出知识型员工的需要对知识型员工激励的的影响。然后,结合国内外对知识型员工激励理论研究和实践的基础上分析了现今企业知识型员工激励机制所存在的问题,包括激励方式单一和企业薪酬体系不健全以及职业通道单一等企业制度因素,同时分析了比如说组织沟通和文化等有关影响激励的因素。

Abstract
With ing of knowledge economy, knowledge has e the important productivity. Thus enterprises need to take advantage of knowledgeable individuals anizations to help them petitive advantages in the petition and e the winners in the era of knowledge economy. At the same time, enterprises’ competition, the creation, use and the increment of knowledge, and the efficient allocation of resources, only can be achieved through knowledge and by knowledgeable staff. The knowledgeable workers, the carrier of knowledge, will play a more and more important role in enterprises, ing the vital and basic driving force in value creation. Therefore, how to maximum inspired the knowledgeable workers’ innovation and productivity so that they can create more value has e a significant issue that enterprises must explore, and motivating knowledgeable workers effectively is also a relative important core problem.
