在经济全球化发展的时代,市场对产品质量的要求从没有降低,同一行业多家企业分市场份额,使企业盈利能力下降,因此,企业不得不从内部着手控制质量成本,以赢得较多的利润。质量成本犹如“矿中黄金”,深入挖掘即可以使企业在质量管理中节约高额的质量成本。因此,加强企业质量成本管理是企业控制和降低成本,增长利润的有效途径,也是时代进步,企业发展的必然结果,本文介绍了质量成本的相关概念和质量成本的构成,以及进行质量成本管理的研究意义,相应指出传统的质量成本管理中存在的缺陷与不足,然后联系SK公司的质量成本管理方法,制定符合我国中小企业的质量成本管理措施,目的是能使其更有效地指导与改进我国企业质量成本管理过程中存在的问题。

Therefore, strengthen enterprise quality cost management is the enterprise to control and reduce the cost, the effective ways to increase profits, is also a era of progress, the inevitable result of the enterprise development, this paper introduces the related concepts of quality cost and quality cost, and quality cost management research significance, the corresponding points out the defects existing in the traditional quality cost management and deficiency, and then contact pany's quality cost management methods, formulate conforms to our country small and medium-sized enterprise quality cost management measures, the purpose is to make it more effective to guide and improve our country enterprise quality cost management problems that exist in the process.
