体育弱势群体体育行为分析及对策研究
摘要:本文运用问卷调查法和访谈法,对黄冈市内五所大学的体育弱势群体的体育行为进行调查研究,可以得出,大学生体育弱势群体参加体育锻炼的行为受心理因素的影响较大,主要表现为:对体育活动不感兴趣,对体育锻炼认识存在偏差,同时通过“体质弱势群体”理论的指导下,可以对现有课程内容体系进行再划分,在体育课教学中对弱势群体可以实现以“成功体育”的教学模式,激发大学生体育弱势群体体育兴趣、引导其进行体育锻炼,提高他们的健身意识,必须要实施正确、恰当的体育教育。同时这次调查对于大学生体育弱势群体形成的原因,找出并解决大学生体育弱势群体问题的行为及对策,对于大学生身心健康发展以及高校体育教育工作的更好展开,有着重要的意义。

Abstract: This article through questionnaire and interviews, the city of huanggang five universities sports disadvantageous group's sports behavior research, can be concluded that the university student sports vulnerable groups take part in physical exercise behavior influenced by the psychological factors, main show is: to not interested in sports activities, and to exercise know there is a deviation, and at the same time through "physical vulnerable group" theory, under the guidance of the content of the course system of existing before the division, in physical education teaching in to the disadvantaged groups can realize to "essful sports" teaching mode, stimulate student sports vulnerable groups interest in sports, guide the physical training, improve their fitness awareness, must be implemented properly, the appropriate sports education. At the same time the survey in college students' sports the causes of the formation of vulnerable groups, to find and solve the university student sports the weak groups behavior and countermeasures, and for the students' physical and psychological health and development of sports education work better on, has the vital significance.
