In this paper, the planning and building personal websites were analyzed and studied. The main contents are:
1. On the personal website market analysis and site-targeting. Mainly for development history is reviewed and personal website development.
2. Presented to the personal website building point of view.
3. for web site development process used in the development of tools and techniques to make brief introduction.
4. On the "record day with the youth-related" site planning and construction are described in detail.
5. Use of Dream weaver + Visual Studio +SQL Server2005 technology to achieve a personal web site features.
