内容提要
为了解决机械设计课程相关实验分散进行,缺乏组合实验的问题,设计了一种JYCS-Ⅲ型机械系统性能研究及参数可视化分析实验台。该实验台利用光栅角位移传感器测量转轴转速的大小,利用高精度拉压力传感器测量加载在轴瓦上压力的大小,利用贴在螺栓组螺栓上的应变片感应静载荷的大小。整个试验台可以实现带传动,链传动,滑动轴承,动态螺栓,螺栓组螺栓的性能测试与分析,也可对整个机械系统性能进行测试分析。
该实验台对不同工作条件下工作的传动部分的性能参数进行检测,数据可通过数码管显示或计算机自动采集分析,显示运动参数的实时变化曲线,具有综合性强、完整性好、便于教师指导实验等优点。其检测控制系统以51系列单片机组为核心,配有放大、滤波、抗干扰电路实现数据采集、放大、初步处理和数据通讯,以及电机控制等功能,利用串口实现数据采集箱和电脑之间的信息通讯;以Vb为开发平台,包括实验内容介绍、参数可视化分析、实验结果分析等内容;实验结果可以以文本形式保存,并可在网络上发送,便于网络化实验,而且教师可在网上批改作业。
此设计在整体上结构布局合理,将机械工程测试技术和计算数据处理技术结合一体,具有较好的经济性和实用性,有助于增强学生的工程实践能力。
