摘要
本论文所设计的是适用于大倾角煤层使用的单体液压支柱。主要目的是为了保证工作人员的安全,所谓大倾角煤层就是指煤层倾角大于25°的煤层。其主要的改进部位是顶盖,由原来的通用式改为现在的防倒式。通过楔卡的安装与改进,使井下开采工作更为安全。其次,本次设计除了采用传统的绘图工具CAD画图外,还利用Pro/E进行三维实体造型,充分发挥出了Pro/E的优点,使商家与使用者对该产品在感观上有更进一步认识和了解。
