浅析新形势下民族团结与和谐社会的构建
【摘要】党的十七大要求,牢牢把握各民族共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展的主题,不断巩固和发展全国各族人民的大团结,壮大爱国统一战线,增强中华民族的凝聚力。新中国成立60年特别是改革开放30年来,少数民族的面貌,民族关系的面貌,民族团结进步事业的面貌发生了历史性的巨大变化,为建设中国和谐社会的伟大事业奠定了坚实的基础。因而,从民族团结的角度把握和谐社会的建设性理念,对于增强我们建设和谐社会的自觉性具有重要意义。
【Abstract】The party's seventeen conference requested that we must grasp the theme which call on various nationalities struggle together mon development ,then to consolidates and develops the great solidarity of the people of all ethnic groups, and to expand the patriotic united front,as well as the promotion of identification and the latest 60 years, especially the 30 years since the open policy, national minority and national relationships, and the programs to promote unity and progress among ethnic groups, have brought about great historic changes .It represent another solid step toward the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all ,from the aspect angle of national unity to hold the constructive principle of harmonious society,it has important significance in strengthening the consciousness to build a Harmonious Society.

我国是全国各族人民共同缔造的统一的多民族国家。各民族的前途命运与祖国的前途命运紧密相连。早在新中国建立之初,***同志就曾指出:“国家的统一,人民的团结、国内各民族的团结,这是我们事业必定要胜利的基本保证。”[1]党的十六大以来,以胡***同志为总书记的党中央领导集体在带领全国各族人民建设社会主义和谐社会的进程中,高度重视民族团结和社会主义新型民族关系的发展和完善。尤其是在全面树立科学发展观,构建社会主义和谐社
