摘要
发展混合动力汽车已经成为国际公认的解决环境污染和能源短缺的有效方法。但是由于混合动力汽车与传统汽车同样以消耗石油资源为主,能源来源单一,不能实现能源利用的多样化。因此,目前HEV的发展方向是可外接充电式混合动力电动汽车(Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle,PHEV)。
Plug-in混合动力汽车技术开发的核心之一就是动力总成的参数匹配。本文依据现有的纯电动轿车资源和Plug-in混合动力轿车的特点,进行了参数匹配。然后依据Plug-in混合动力轿车的参数特点,以仿真软件ADVISOR为平台,把控制策略嵌入到了ADVISOR当中,编制数据输入文件,进行了仿真模拟。通过仿真模拟,分析了Plug-in串联混合动力轿车的动力性和经济性,为整车动力总成参数的确定提供了依据。
本文基于混合动力汽车的选型、建模研究与城市循环工况,进行了混合动力总成部件参数的匹配研究。首先通过对各总成选型分析,选择了发动机、电机、电池等部件,接着根据性能指标,确定了发动机、电机、电池等部件参数匹配,同时,根据优化的控制策略,对部件参数进行了优化和确认。最后对整车进行了性能仿真分析。仿真结果表明,所确定的部件参数能够满足设计目标。

ABSTRACT
The development of hybrid vehicles is internationally recognized as the effective way to solve the environmental pollution and energy shortages. However, the hybrid vehicles and conventional vehicles use the same consumption of oil-based. Therefore, the present direction of the development of HEV is available PHEV.
One of the core technologies of PHEV is parameters match of the power train. This study use existing resources and PHEV’s features to optimize the parameter. Then based on the characteristics of PHEV, embedded the control strategy into ADVISOR, parameters were matched. We analyze the dynamic property and the fuel economy of the PHEV to give basis for the determination of the power train parameters.
The parametric design for hybrid electric ponent is performed based on powertrain configuration selection and developed driving cycle. The parameters ponent such as engine, electric motor, battery and transmission are decided by design analysis and development target. Then, the parameters ponents are confirmed and optimized by means of control strategy. At last, the vehicle performance is simulated based on ponent and control strategy. The results show that the ponent can meet the development target for the project.
