摘要
夏甸金矿于1981年建矿,1984年正式投产,设计生产能力为采选100吨/天,为延长矿山服务年限,现迫切需要探矿增储和重新基建。鉴于目前开拓提升运输系统特别复杂和主提升设备提升能力已饱和的实际情况,不适合再采用延深盲井多段提升的开拓系统,最好重新施工竖井。根据招远市夏甸金矿区矿山实际情况,完成矿山生产规模为1000t/d扩建工程,设计范围为七号矿区526—547勘探线间、-525m—-660m范围的矿体。
本次设计共十一章,分别是总论、技术经济、矿山地质、采矿方法、矿山机械、总图运输、安全环保、安全与工业卫生、投资概算。其中采矿方法、井巷工程是设计的主体,采矿中采用了无底柱分段崩落法,将产生巨大的经济效益。一些部分的设计包含必要的图纸,图纸必须按照有关规定绘制。
本次设计本着节约、经济、环保的原则,依据矿山的各种水文地质资料,严格遵循国家的有关法律和法规,以满足各项要求。本题目源于实际,通过这次实际演练,将使我们对矿山工程设计的程序和内容有一个较深入的了解,使我们的实际工作能力得到巨大提高,以满足将来实际工作的需要。
