高楼救生装置结构设计

摘要
高楼是一个城市发展程度的标志,但是当高楼中发生火灾时,个人的逃生和救援工作都是很困难的,对人类生命的威胁也相当严重,因此对高楼救生装置的研究就有一定的必要性和急迫性。本课题要研究一种结构简单、使用方便的高楼救生装置。高楼逃生最需要解决的问题,就是以安全的速度从高处逃生,因此减速机构是高楼逃生的关键。本结构将离心缓降器和手动控制速度的升降机构结合起来,可以把使用者安全的降落到地面。
本文根据高楼救生的要求,通过相关资料的收集和分析,确定了此装置的工作原理。结合机械设计方面的知识,对装置的结构进行了具体的设计。根据行星轮系和圆锥齿轮的工作条件和受力分析,对各齿轮的结构参数进行了具体的计算和校核。
通过结构设计分析,保证了此高楼救生装置能够完成既定功能,工作安全可靠。

Abstract
High buildings were a symbol of the urban development. When high buildings fired, personal escape and rescue work was very difficult, and it also could threat to human life seriously. Therefore, the research on escape and rescue device in high buildings was necessary and urgent. This issue was to study rescue equipment which was a simple and easy to use. The problem solved most urgently was that people could escape from high buildings at the safe speed, so the reducer was the key to escape from high buildings. The bined the centrifugal descent device and lifting body that could control speed by hand, thus user could be lowed to the ground safely.
According to the requirement of high buildings lifesaving, the working principle of the device was determined through the relevant data collection and analysis. Combined with the mechanical design of the device, the structure of device was designed in detail. According to the ary gear train and tapered gear working conditions and stress analysis, the structural parameters of gear was calculated and tested in detail.
Through the analysis of the structure design, and the building life-saving device could be functioning, work safety and reliability were ensured.
