Procedures for Employee Training Supported pany

员工学****培训作为人才发展计划的必要措施,应该有组织、有计划的进行,为规范员工培训特制定本管理程序。
Employee training is a necessary measure for elites development plan. It should be anized and planned. So we make this procedure for managing employee training.

Bachelor and Above Degree Education Program
目的:
Purpose
鼓励员工通过继续教育,获得并发展知识,技能和能力提高为实现公司目标做贡献的能力
Encourage employees to gain and develop knowledge, working skills and enhance their abilities through continuous education to be dedicated to ompany target.
适用范围: (具备以下条件)
Conditions

The employee with excellent performance that has been put in the potential list and pany has a further plan to him or her.
正式员工并在公司服务满1年,且在业绩评估中被评为超出工作要求至少是达到工作要求的员工.
The regular employees who have pany for one year and have at least reached or exceeded the standards in employee performance and management evaluation.
知识层面的提高,公司认为是高潜力员工并对未来发展有进一步的计划,需要知识层面的提高.
Knowledge broadening: employees are considered high potential employees and are included pany future development plan.
D. 有培训预算
The business unit should have such training budget for the employees.
