摘要
抛光地板砖是一种新型高档建筑装饰材料, 可广泛应用于商店、机场、家居、别墅等场所的装修, 市场前景广阔。渗花型抛光砖,是最基础型的产品,渗花抛光砖生产工艺简单,,几乎所有的厂家都在生产。本设计生产的品种是800×800×10mm的渗花抛光地板砖。渗花抛光砖改变了普通抛光砖花***案不够丰富的状况,具有彩釉砖和抛光砖两者的优点。抛光砖工厂厂区的选择不但需要考虑当地的风频风向,地耐力等因素,也需要考虑产品的运输距离与运输条件,厂职工的居住等因素。本设计参照国内外各先进厂家的成功经验而进行,力求设计出生产工艺流程简单,生产工序紧凑的抛光砖生产线。在严格按照国家要求处理三废的基础上,合理利用废坯泥,节约原材料成本,提高原料的利用率。

ABSTRACT
