窄带式砂光机的结构设计
摘要
本设计对BSG274窄带式砂光机的砂光部件、传动部件以及气动部分进行了设计和计算。联系到各种类型砂光机的特点和功能,以及当前生产和发展的要求,对窄带式进行了分析和总结。
为了满足艺术造型和使用功能的需要,家具制造中常把一些零部件设计加工成各种异型面和曲面;其中,曲线形面零件占很大比例,这在出口家具中尤为突出。在精加工曲线形面的零件时,一般都用手工打磨,劳动强度大、生产效率低,严重影响了产品的质量和生产进度。为了解决这一问题,经过对家具企业生产工艺的考察研究,设计了结构简单、操作简便、适用于木制家具曲线形型面零部件砂光的窄带式砂光机。该型号的砂光机主要用于砂光中、小圆形零件的边缘。
根据目前市场需求状况,砂光技术还需要向更高的层次发展。只有提高它的砂光精度、自动化程度和砂光效率才能获得更好的市场前景。

Abstract

This design on the BSG274 narrow belt type polishing machine polishing part, the transmission part as well as air operated has partially carried on designing and calculationing. Relating to various types molding sand X-ray machine characteristic and the function, as well as current production and development request the narrow belt type, is analysised and summaried.
In order to satisfy the artistic modelling and the use requirement of use function, in the furniture manufacture, some parts are designed all kinds of different and the curved surface; Among them, the curvilinear figure ponents account for the very great proportion, in exports of the furniture it is very outstanding. At precision work curvilinear figure ponents, it is generally used to polishing. The labor intensity is big. The production efficiency is low. It seriously affects the product quality and the production progressing. In order to solve this problem, Through the inspection and research of the craft to the furniture enterprise, the narrow belt polishing machine is designed, which is simply, convenient suitable for the wooden furniture curvilinear figure type spare part. This model polishing machine mainly uses in the polishing of the small ponents edge.
According to, market requirement,, the polishing technology also needs to the higher level development. Only increasing polishing precision, the auto-maticity and the polishing efficiency can obtain the better market prospect.
