Φ3空心铆钉机总体及送料系统设计
摘要:本课题来源于机械化研究所,是一个比较实用和成熟的课题。该机主要用于铆合铝质金属空心铆钉,铆钉规格从,通过变换漏料盘和落钉器来实现铆钉规格的变换。本设计主要针对铆钉所用部件。铆钉零件图已知,铆合物料最大厚度为3mm,可单独铆合各种位置的空心铆钉,适用于服装、皮鞋、胶鞋、帐篷、帆布口袋等。本设计中主要完成制定传动方案,电机的选择,带轮设计,主轴设计等,并绘制空心铆钉机总装图,然后进行相关设计计算、校核等。在设计送料系统时,先设计绘制了送料系统部装图,然后再设计并绘制零件图完成有关计算、校核等问题。同时考虑了机身和机座的设计,并对离合器、刹车装置进行了重点考虑。本次设计的铆钉机工作可靠,结构简单,便于维修基本符合要求。

The Design of theΦ3 Whole and Feeding System within the Hollow Rivet Machines
Abstract:The issue stem is from Yancheng Institute of mechanization,this is a practical and mature aircraft are mainly used for riveting aluminum hollow metal rivets,whose specifications rangs from to , it can transform leakage through the feed pan-and-nail to achieve the transformation of rivets , I only designed some parts used for rivets. The Rivet Parts is known,Riveting materials for maximum thickness is 3 mm,it could rivete separate location of the various hollow rivets, applied to clothing, shoes, rubber shoes, tents, canvas bag and so the overall design my work is plete the drive programme, choice of motor,pulley design, spindle design and so I drawed hollow rivet machines ,then proceed to the relevant design, check after drawing. During the design of the feeding system, first I drawed the draft of the feed system , plete the parts' design, checking and other issues when also considered the fuselage and engine's design,payed intensive attention to clutc
