摘要:
汽车是当今世界最普及,最流行的交通工具之一,各式各样的汽车不断进入人们的视野,消费者对汽车各方面的品质要求越来越具体,越来越多样化。变速器作为汽车的核心部件,在其中起着举足轻重,甚至决定性的作用。变速器的品质对汽车的噪声,震动,行驶的的平稳性,驾驭性,速度的变化都有至关重要的影响,可以说变速器是整个汽车最关键的部件。而机械式自动变速器AMT是各种变速器中最流行的变速器,目前国外市场,尤其是欧洲汽车市场已经得到了相当大的普及。在未来相当长的一段时间内,AMT自动变速器将成为汽车变速器的主流,各个汽车企业将持续投入愈来愈多的资金进行研发,具有巨大的市场开发潜力。
本次设计主要进行了轿车用机械式自动变速器操控机构的设计,主要涉及AMT变速器驱动方式的选择确定,离合器分离与接合操控机构方案的选择,选换档操控机构方案的选择,传动结构的选择,各执行构件外形参数的简单设计等。我们的设计还处于理论阶段,只是初步的概念设计,大部分性能参数的数据选择都是定性的,有些实际情况可能考虑的不是很全面周密,因此想成为产品投入使用还需要以后长时间其他详尽具体的设计来完善补充。

Title Design of Automatic Mechanical Transmission Mechanism of Sedan
Abstract
Automobile has e one of the most widespread and popular vehicles in the world. With a variety of automobiles ing into view, the qualities of automobiles is required to be more specified and diversified. As the ponent of the whole automobile, transmission plays an important or even divisive role in the function. Its quality has significant effect on the automobile’s noise, vibration, driving smoothness, maneuverability and changes in vehicle speed, thus making the transmission e the most essential part of automobile. Automated mechanical transmission (AMT) is the most popular variety of transmission. So far, it has gained great popularity in the overseas market, especially the European market. In quite a long time of the future, AMT automatic transmission will e the mainstream automotive transmissions and various panies will continue to invest more and more money for research and development based on its huge market potential.
