Setting up Exchange Email Access on an iPhone
From the home screen, do the following:
Click Settings icon
Click Mail, Contact, Calendars
Click Add Account...' under Accounts section
Click Microsoft Exchange option
Enter the following:
Email: [your email address] eg: @
Domain: [your domain name] eg: AMERICAS, EMEA, or ASIAPACIFIC
Username: [your user name] eg: johnj
Password: [puter password]
Click Next
Note: If certificate message pops up, accept it.
Server should automatically set as: sync. (if not, enter the same server name).
Click on Next
Default sync settings will show as:
Mail: ON
Contacts: ON
Calendars: ON
Click Done. The email set up plete.
Press the physical round button at the lower portion of the device to get back to the home page.
Locate and click the Mail icon at the lower screen to check Outlook emails.
