摘要
本次设计的题目日产12000吨水泥熟料水泥厂生料粉磨与废气处理工艺系统工艺设计。在设计过程中,我参考了芜湖海螺三线万吨线设计,以及《新型干法水泥厂工艺设计》一书中的经典数据,结合大量文献。但是,还有很多缺点,希望能够谅解。本次设计的内容包括:1、对水泥行业国内外最近发展动态和原料粉磨设备立磨的发展趋势进行综述。2、确定初步方案:参照国内设计一万吨线的经验,大胆创新,×90m,在此基础上选择生产能力更大的设备,绘制全厂工艺流程图和全厂布置图。3、进行配料设计和物料平衡计算,并绘制物料平衡表。4、根据物料平衡表中得出的数据,参考设备选型经典公式,进行设备选型计算。5、本次设计侧重在生料粉磨与废气处理,选型主要包括:石灰石破碎设备、生料粉磨设备、增增湿塔、收尘设备、输送设备和其他附属设备。并绘制主机选型设备表6、绘制生料系统工艺流程图和各主要设备的剖面图,并标注尺寸和和设备代号。本次设计中的重点是生料粉磨与废气处理。从国内外诸多水泥厂建设过程的经历来看,主机选型特别是生料磨的选型合理与否是影响项目投资、工程进度和投产后经济效益的重要因素。参照万吨线应选择立磨三风机系统,一条线配备两台立磨。随着余热发电技术的发展,从窑过来的废气经SP锅炉余热发电达到节能的目的。另外一部分废气经过增湿塔后去烘干原料,为以后的烧成降低热耗节约能源。
