Founded in 1989 with the current corporate headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin, PDI is a early 70’s pany of Sokol Crystal products which designed and manufactured crystal filters for US Military radio applications. With steady growth and constant re-investment to expand manufacturing capabilities, PDI became a petitor for mercial and Military frequency devices.
In 2000, PDI purchased Hy-Q International which lead to a solid presence in the European marketplace. In parallel, expansion into China allowed PDI pete in the global market with high-volume, low-cost crystals and oscillators.
With about 80 employees at the 60K SF Middleton plant, PDI has e a petitor of QPL / QML crystals and oscillators and a leading US supplier plex crystal filters, all of which are manufactured under one roof by en extremely well trained and talented team.
